REMINDER:  All properties within the City of Keystone whether occupied or non-occupied, must be mowed so that the vegetation such as grass and weeds does not exceed eight (8) inches in height.

Keystone City Hall is closed to the public until further notice.  Use the Drop Box if you have payments to make.  Any questions can be directed to the City Hall phone 319-442-3246.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.  Stay Safe.  

YARD WASTE PICKUP WILL BEGIN 04/13/20 AND RUN THROUGH 11/2/20.   Tree limbs must be cut 4′ or less and bundled with string.  Bundles must not weigh over 35 pounds.  Leaves need to be put into leaf (paper) bags.
