All this rain is making our grass (and weeds) grow!!! Please be reminded that ALL properties within the City of Keystone whether occupied or non-occupied, must be mowed so that the vegetation such as grass and weeds does not exceed eight (8) inches in height. Mowing Requirements on all properties within the City of Keystone are required to be mowed on May 1 and May 15, June 1 and June 15, July 1 and July 15, August 1 and August 15, September 1 and September 15, October 1 and October 15

SEPTIC INSPECTIONS: Please click on Ordinance 71 to read our new ordinance. ALL HOUSEHOLDS within the city limits of Keystone will have their septic hookup inspected. Inspections will begin immediately. The City Superintendent will be contacting all residents. Please view the attached letter for more details
