REMOVAL OF SNOW, ICE AND ACCUMULATIONS: It is the responsibility of the property owners to remove snow, ice and accumulations within 24 hours after the snow fall. If the property owner fails to do so, the City may do so and assess the costs against the property owner.
VEHICLES on the street must be moved daily during snow removal.

SEPTIC INSPECTIONS: Please click on Ordinance 71 to read our new ordinance. ALL HOUSEHOLDS within the city limits of Keystone will have their septic hookup inspected.
