ORDINANCE 53.01 MOWING REQUIREMENTS. All properties within the City, whether occupied or non-occupied, must be mowed so that the vegetation such as grass and weeds does not exceed eight (8) inches in height. Required mowing dates during the mowing season are May 1 and 15, June 1 and 15, July 1 and 15, August 1 and 15, September 1 and 15, October 1 and 15.
SEPTIC INSPECTIONS: Please click on Ordinance 71 to read our new ordinance. ALL HOUSEHOLDS within the city limits of Keystone will have their septic hookup inspected. Inspections will begin immediately. The City Superintendent will be contacting all residents. Please view the attached letter for more details
New Rates for water, sewer and garbage will take effect on your July water bill. A minimum water bill will be $81.51 plus tax
