TIME IS RUNNING OUT. YOUR EAVE SPOUTS AND SUMP PUMP HOOKUPS NEED TO BE INSPECTED
ORDINANCE 71: Allows the city to inspect the public sewer and prohibit storm water from being discharged into the sanitary sewer through downspouts, sump pumps, perimeter drains, etc., by directly or indirectly connecting them to the sanitary sewer.
Please contact Dave Monson at 319.721.7316 or City Hall to set up a time for the inspection. Failure to do so by June 4, 2018, will be considered in non-compliance and shall increase in the monthly utility bill for that real estate until compliance is achieved at two hundred dollars ($200.00) per month.
