Mike Seeck was first elected to a two year term as Mayor in November 2009 after serving a number of years as a council member. He is currently serving his second term as mayor.
Mike is owner of M&K Automotive and has been a lifelong resident of the Keystone area. He and his wife Rhonda have two children, Ben and Brittany and five grandchildren. Rhonda is a CSR at Keystone Communications.
Mark Andresen was first elected Mayor in 1986. After serving as Mayor for 23 years, Mark took a break from the political life. He is beginning his first term as councilmember in 2014.
Mark is a lifelong resident of Keystone and enjoys getting involved and helping out the city any way he can.
Kathy was first elected to a four year term as Council Member in November 2005. Kathy serves on a number of boards in the Benton County area.
Kathy is a registered nurse and works at Wolfe Eye Clinic. She is married to her husband Erin who is an Elementary teacher at the Keystone Elementary and she also enjoys gardening.
Tim was appointed to fill a vacancy in March 2013 and was elected in November 2013 to the city councl. Tim has been a Keystone resident for 22 years. He works at Schneider Electric in Cedar Rapids in Industrial Automation.
Tim and his wife Tami, who works at Keystone Savings Bank, have two daughters, Morgan and Kaylee.
Dave started his career with the city of Keystone in October 2011. He has most recently passed all of his water and wastewater tests to become a Treatment and Distribution Grade 1, Lagoon Grade 1 and Distribution Grade 1 operator.
Dave has lived in Keystone for 17 years and is married to his wife Tammy and they have a son Gunnar who attends school in the Benton Community School District.
